Before You Install

There are a couple warnings you should be aware of before you do anything:

• Back up your data first! Not that you had any excuse not to anyway, but be sure to perform a backup on your data before you upgrade if you have anything you can't recover. Or even if you don't. Just do a backup.
• You won't be able to use your recovery partition to downgrade. If you have a recovery partition on your system, it will no longer be able to restore your computer to the version of Windows you had before.
• You'll need external recovery media to undo the upgrade. As you might expect since you don't have a recovery partition, you'll need a disc or USB drive with Windows 8 (or older) on it to get back to the way things were if you don't like or can't use Windows 10.

As Microsoft mentions multiple times, this is pre-release software and is expected to be very buggy and probably crash-prone. It's not advisable that you install this on your work machine or anything you need daily use out of. We'll show you how to install it on a spare PC, or—if you don't have one—in VirtualBox.

၁။ISO ဖိုင္ကို ရရွိပါမယ္။

၂။ ေဒါင္းလုပ္ ျပဳလုပ္ၿပီးရင္ ISO ကို DVD or USB တို႔လို Installation Media ထဲထည့္ပါ။

၃။ setup.exe ကို ႏွစ္ခ်က္ႏွိပ္ၿပီး ေဖာ္ျပပါ အဆင့္မ်ားအတိုင္း ျပဳလုပ္၍ အင္စေတာ လုပ္ပါ။

အခု အခမဲ့ ျဖန္႔ခ်ီေပးလိုက္တဲ့ Windows 10 က Technical Preview ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီအတြက္ အလုပ္ကိစၥအတြက္ သံုးတဲ့ ကြန္ျပဴတာမ်ားမွာ မစမ္းသပ္သင့္ပါဘူး။ Bugs ေတြမ်ားစြာ ပါရွိမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Windows 10 ရဲ႕ System Requirements ေတြက Windows 8 နဲ႔ တူညီေနပါတယ္။

• Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster.
• RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit).
• Free hard disk space: 16 GB.
• Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver.
• A Microsoft account and Internet access.

Microsoft က သတိေပးထားတာက အခ်ိဳ႕ Processor ေတြ၊ 64-bit CPUs အေဟာင္းေတြထဲက အနည္းငယ္မွာ Windows 10 ကို အင္စေတာ လုပ္လို႔မရပါဘူး။ ေနာက္ၿပီး Windows RT 8.1 or Windows N မွာလည္း Windows 10 က အလုပ္မလုပ္ပါဘူး။

ေနာက္ထပ္ ျပႆနာက Windows Media Player ကို အသံုးျပဳၿပီး DVDs ေတြဖြင့္လို႔မရပါဘူး။ Windows 8 Pro with Media Center အသံုးျပဳသူေတြက Windows 10 ကို အင္စေတာ လုပ္ရင္ Windows Media Center ကို ဖယ္ရွားပါလိမ့္မယ္။

Microsoft က Windows 10 Technical Preview ကို စမ္းသပ္သူမ်ားအတြက္ Bugs မ်ားကို ျပန္လည္ တင္ျပေပးဖို႔လည္း ျပဳလုပ္ေပးထားပါတယ္။
